Boyes Sutton & Perry Solicitors Limited, operating as Boyes Sutton & Perry Solicitors, is a Company incorporated at Companies House under registration number 7925979. We gather and process your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and law. This notice provides you with the necessary information regarding your rights and obligations, and explains how, why and when we collect and process your personal data. The rules apply to personal data whether held in electronic format or in hardcopy files. Boyes Sutton & Perry Solicitors are also registered on the Information Commissioner's Register.

Whilst there is no specific Law Society practice note regarding retention of your personal data for a set period of time (eg the maximum legally obliged retention period for file details of 6 years or until such time as a child in proceedings reaches the age of 18) we are required to comply with statutory provisions, such as limitation periods, Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and the UK Finance Mortgage Lenders’ Handbook.

Collection of Information on our Website
There are three types of information that are collected whenever you use our website :
1) Cookies: these are small text files that are saved to your computer (if you allow them) that will note your route around the website. They may also hold some personalisation details (for example what 'skin' of the website you have selected). This information is solely for the purpose of keeping the website relevant to your needs. To ensure your privacy there is no link between these cookies and any other collected information, in fact you can disable cookies on your browser and visit our site completely anonymously (however you won't be able to access any personalisation features on the site).
2) Contact Details: Email addresses and other contact information are recorded on our website in order to respond to your enquiry. That data can also be used to supply you with marketing information, but we do not do that at present and will not send unsolicited marketing material to you.
